Terms and Conditions of Use

Who makes use of (hereinafter referred to as "User") of the products and services provided by Alessandro Carli (hereinafter referred to as "Holder" ) declares to be aware of and accept the following Terms and Conditions of Use.

"Alessandro Carli" Is a business that operates in the personal and professional growth sector, promoting and marketing courses (in person and online), and providing consulting and coaching services (in person and online) that focus on strengthening strategies to increase effectiveness in the personal and professional areas of the individual.

Limits of Liability
All posts, writings (books or e-books), podcasts, videos and, more generally, courses/seminars/workshops offered both live and online, whether free or paid, consulting/coaching sessions, as well as what is reported on the website are based on the study, but above all on the experience as a trainer and coach of the Owner, who specializes in the personal and professional growth of individuals seriously interested in increasing the level of effectiveness and quality in their life and work.
However, the content provided through the above-mentioned channels does not in any way guarantee that what is said, written, or demonstrated will have any objective impact on the lives of those who apply this information.

In particular, none of the information, strategies, methodologies, knowledge, etc. transmitted through the aforementioned dissemination channels PROMISES AND/OR GUARANTEES:

a) any increase in economic income
b) no increase in productivity (in the workplace)
c) any improvement in living and/or environmental conditions at a personal and/or professional level
d) any increase in well-being, understood in the broadest sense of the term
e) etc.

The Owner, within the limits of applicable law, is liable for contractual and non-contractual damages to Users or third parties only when these constitute an immediate and direct consequence, due to intent or gross negligence, of the activity of the Alessandro Carli studio.
The Owner may also propose and/or promote the training and/or informational activities of third parties; however, even in this case, neither the Owner nor the invited third parties will be held liable for the aforementioned damages suffered by users of the information and knowledge disclosed, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, as described above.

Alessandro Carli is not a psychologist nor does he practice as such, but he has developed his expertise by developing training programs aimed at making the User more confident and effective in their relevant areas. Given that the information or suggestions provided may in some cases be psychological in nature, the User should keep in mind that such information or suggestions in no way constitute a medical diagnosis, nor can they replace the advice of a doctor. Therefore, the Data Controller strongly advises against discontinuing or modifying any medical or psychological treatments the User is undergoing.

 

Membership Request

Users wishing to use the products and/or services offered, whether in person or online, may request them using the appropriate online or offline form. The request will be considered final when the Data Controller sends a confirmation to the email address provided by the User upon registration.
Even if it occurs very rarely, the Data Controller has the right to refuse the request at its sole discretion.
The contents, prices or availability of seats (at live events) may be subject to unilateral changes by the Owner.


Right of withdrawal
In the event of advance payment with respect to the use of the product or service, the User has the right to a refund within 14 days from the payment date.
If the User decides to exercise this right, he/she must make an explicit written request to the contact details provided.
This right lapses, even if the request is made within the above-mentioned timeframe, if the User has in the meantime used, or has begun to use (e.g., consultancy services, coaching, or live or online courses "spread" over a certain period of time) the requested product and/or service.
In the rare cases where the price of the product/service includes third-party fees, the portion allocated to those fees will be deducted from the refund. The User will be notified of this eventuality before paying the membership fee.
The refund will be made within 14 days of the date of the formal request.


Service interruption
The User must be aware of the fact that, although unlikely, all information provided to him via computer and non-computer tools, such as the website, emails, etc., may be subject to interruptions, even sudden ones, which are beyond the will of the Owner himself.

Therefore, the latter cannot be held responsible for interruptions to these information dissemination channels, without prejudice to its maximum commitment to the eventual restoration of such functions.

Any interruption of service due to maintenance of the site or other online communication channels will be communicated to Users with at least 48 hours' notice, except in cases of urgency.


Age requirements
Although the informational materials provided by Alessandro Carli do not contain content that could in any way offend, disturb, or harm minors, the User must be at least 18 years of age when subscribing to the Owner's mailing list or to the studio's various projects. However, minors over the age of 13 may still access such content with the assistance of a parent or legal guardian. Access to such content is not permitted to minors under 13.


Ownership of rights
All content included in the various educational materials (e-books, video clips, video series, video courses, podcasts, slides, blogs, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Owner, who holds all rights thereto.
Therefore, no User is authorized to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit those contents without the express written authorization of the owner.


Limits of use
There are some limitations on the use of the contents which the User is required to strictly adhere to:

The User may not:

• Use the contents received from the Owner in any way to rework them, in part or in whole, and disseminate them to other users;
• Disseminate through the communication channels made available by the Owner (comments on the site or other social networks linked to the Owner), unlawful, obscene, defamatory, blackmailing or immoral content or materials;
• Use the tools made available by Alessandro Carli for the purposes of defamation, harassment, threats, blackmail or violation of the rights of others and their privacy, including the legitimate right of publicity;
• Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automatic device, process or means to access, retrieve, or index any portion of Alessandro Carli or any Content;
• Bypass, directly or indirectly, the computer systems used by Alessandro Carli to protect your data and/or content;
• In general, use Alessandro Carli and the content made available in an illegitimate manner or in any way in conflict with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use set forth herein at any time, promptly notifying its Users. Should the User decide to continue using Alessandro Carli, he or she must also strictly comply with such changes.

All communications to and from Alessandro Carli must be made using the contact information provided (on the website, email messages, etc.).
