What are your assessments based on?
We all want - or should want - to improve something in some area of our lives, but how do we know what, in our current status, we have to change to succeed?
Our mind projects images of where we want to be, but without taking into account where we are. Now...
What we usually do is proceed by trial and error.
The new evaluation tool (assessment)...

...allows you to reveal how you stand in a specific situation, simply, fast, effective way, allowing you to then act on the basis of true and realistic information.
The IDENTYGRAM, unlike other diagnostic tools, works at a "systemic" level, meaning that it does not provide a diagnosis based on the "Force" (or weakness) of the individual elements that are evaluated, but on the interactions between those different elements that are the object of the assessment.
This is what this tool is able to reveal about the object being examined:
✴️ Balance, that is, to what extent the various parts of the object are balanced between them
and therefore produce more or less friction in the system;
✴️ Impact, that is, to what extent the system as a whole is able to impact the environment in
which it operates;
✴️ The "multidimensional" situation of the system, the level of virtuosity with which the
various elements of the systems interact with each other, producing sustainable results.
✴️ The intervention priorities, that is where it is more appropriate to intervene first, where
there are several of the critical issues, which is not necessarily where the problem arises,
but where it must be re-established balance and impact to make the system more (or
again) virtuous.
✴️ Systemic SWOT analysis, that is, the analysis of strengths/weaknesses, opportunities and
risks, but on the basis of overall multidimensional effectiveness.
The IDENTITYGRAM is an incredibly flexible and versatile tool because it allows you to evaluate any thing, be it concrete or abstract.
For example, the Authorymeter (which you can download for free from this site), measures the effectiveness of the Authority (which is abstract) of a leader.
Obviously, only the parameters - that is, the elements to be evaluated - change.
The Authorymeter that is offered here is quite limited, because in order to have a more reliable and expanded "response" we must introduce more parameters; and, most importantly, because only a single evaluation is provided for each parameter, instead of three, as the complete version does.
Furthermore, it would have been necessary to prepare not dozens, but hundreds of possible profiles!
If you should need to assess an area of your life more closely, to date there are 5 available areas that you can work on:
- Personal (at the individual level)
- Professional/Self-employed (with up to 4 employees, including the owner)
- Micro-business (from 5 to 30 employees)
More types of areas can be arranged, and if you need a specific one, it can be done (I just a couple of weeks to prepare it... at NO COST for you!).
And that's not all!
If you're a consultant or a coach, you have the opportunity to take advantage of this tool for you business.
Not just for free...
but even making a profit from it!
If, from what you have read, seen and heard, you feel you would like to know more about the IDENTYGRAM, fill out the following form and send it to me.
I will certainly answer back to discuss this further.
Thank you.
